Hello Friend!

My name is Rita Briggs, and I am the Pastor of Oak Grove Church of the Nazarene. I feel confident in calling you friend, because at Oak Grove, there are no "strangers"--just friends we haven't yet met!

We are a small, friendly and loving community of believers who are very "down-to-earth" and welcoming! We love Jesus, and exist only to love and serve Him as Lord. We love God, and honor Him as our Heavenly Father. We love His Spirit, and welcome the love and power of His Holy Spirit helping us to live the life God has called to us. We love His Word, and follow it as our guidebook to living. (Our doctrine can be accessed by going to www.nazarene.org, the denominational website.)

You'll notice the picture of me and my family. Yes, that's me laughing in the front row. God is good, and life is good when it's surrendered to Him!
